Greater Pittsburgh Montessori Society  Membership Applications  2017 - 2018 Membership Year

Join us in our mission to further the education of Montessori professionals, to educate parents of children who attend Montessori schools, and to increase the general public’s awareness of the principles of Montessori education, while increasing your school’s visibility in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Memberships and sponsorships run from September 1, 2017, to August 31, 2018
Schools have two ways to become a part of the GPMS community!
Choose one or both ways below for your school to be a part of GPMS!
1. Friends of GPMS Sponsorship

This is a membership level for schools and other Montessori-related businesses.

Benefits of being a Friend of GPMS include:
  • School listing on the GPMS website, with a link to your school’s own website
  • Free employment ads on the GPMS website
  • Free advertising on the new GPMS Facebook page, including featured posts and announcements
  • Written acknowledgement of your sponsorship at GPMS events
  • Opportunities to pass out promotional materials at GPMS event
  • A featured article in the GPMS newsletter
  • Invitations for parents of GPMS member schools to attend select events for free
A Friend of GPMS Sponsorship is $100.
2.  School-Sponsored Professional Memberships

The benefits to your staff members of becoming a Professional Member of GPMS include:

·         Discounted (or even waived!) GPMS workshop registration fees

·         Opportunities to network with other area Montessorians

·         Sharing of resources with the greater Pittsburgh Montessori community 

·         GPMS voting privileges

Professional Memberships are open to administrators or directors of Montessori schools, certified Montessori teachers, Montessori interns and assistants or aides in Montessori schools. 

$30 membership fee
SPECIAL $5.00 off for memberships returned before Sept. 30!

Membership year runs from September 1, 2017, through August 31, 2018.

SPECIAL $5.00 off for memberships returned before Sept. 30!

 Community Membership Application 2017-2018 Membership Year

The benefits of becoming a Community Member of GPMS include:

·         Discounted (or even waived!) GMPS workshop registration fees

·         Opportunities to learn more Montessori education and practice

·         Opportunities to network with like-minded parents, teachers & community members

Community Memberships are open to all those interested in learning about and supporting Montessori education in our area, such as parents of children in Montessori schools, homeschoolers, educators or anyone interested educational innovation.

Memberships run from September 1, 2017, through August 31, 2018.

$10 membership fee
